Feasibility

Is the Project Viable?

Project feasibility describes the process of evaluating the project's potential in one or more areas.

Financial and marketing evaluations typically involve studies of projected business volumes, expected revenues, capital costs, costs of operation, debt capacity, and related topics. Design and construction evaluations may consider both new construction and renovation options, probably construction durations impacting time to market, as well as various levels of building quality and their projected costs.

Enwright establishes a project feasibility team to fit the specific needs of a client. Our role is to coordinate the efforts of specialty consultants and to integrate their efforts with the design and construction considerations. This integrated approach minimizes inconsistencies in key assumptions that sometimes occur when various studies of project feasibility are performed separately.
